WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, weekends and public holidays excluded. Orders placed after 1pm EST each business day will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

We aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible so we have teamed up with Australia Post Express Post Service to guarantee next business day delivery for all capital cities and major metro areas.


For our regional, rural and more remote customers, orders to areas excluded from above policy will be delivered according to AusPost delivery routes and generally within 2-5 business days.

 

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Gary Pepper Vintage happily ships worldwide using Registered Australia Post only. All international orders can take between 7–10 business days to be delivered and come with insurance and a unique tracking number for your convenience.
 
For our international customers, all prices quoted on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Our prices are, however, inclusive of GST, which is a tax only applicable for Australian purchases. This tax will be removed from the price of the product once it is placed in your shopping cart.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift" even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices for further details.


HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE & HANDLING COST?

Domestic: Forall domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10.00. For orders made within Australia over the value of $199 we will happily ship your order for free!

 

International: For all international orders, your shipping quote will differ depending on which country you are located in and the weight of each item. This is easily calculated for you during the check out process. Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Yes you can! Once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link, which you will be able to track online here to see exactly where your item is.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Domestic: For all domestic orders placed before 1pm EST each business day you should receive your order within 2 business days for all capital cities and major metro areas. For our regional, rural and more remote customers, orders will be delivered via Australia Post and generally within 2-5 business days.

Orders placed after 1pm EST each business day will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed with all orders placed up until Monday, 1pm EST, and will be delivered by Tuesday, if you are located in a next business day delivery zone (all capital cities and major metro areas).

International: Gary Pepper Vintage happily ships worldwide using Registered Australia Post only. All international orders can take between  7–10 business days to be delivered and come with insurance and a unique tracking number for your convenience.

Please keep in mind customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates. Gary Pepper Vintage has no control over the customs and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or customs department. We highly recommend ensuring someone is home on day of delivery to receive your package safely.
