1. Where did you get the name “Gary Pepper”? It actually happened to be one of the many gifts my boyfriend gave me years ago. He’s a graphic designer and a pure genius. The name just stuck and I’ve kept it ever since. 2. Where do you get all of your stock? All of Gary Pepper’s stock is sourced from my coastal area in NSW, Australia. I take pride in handpicking each unique item from all over the place like garage sales, second hand shops, auctions and flea markets etc. 3. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we love shipping to our international friends! If you are interested in one of our items, please contact us prior to the auction ending and we will estimate a shipping quote for you. 4. If I buy another item, will you combine postage? Yes, we will happily combine postage to make the costs for you in any way cheaper. Your postage rate will depend on the weight of each item and how many you have. We offer: 500gm express post for $8.00 3kg express post for $11.00. 5. I love this item; can I have it for a ‘buy it now’ price? Unfortunately, we do not offer buy it now prices (unless clearly stated in the original listing), no matter how much money you are willing to pay. We feel this is the fairest and easiest way to conduct our business, as we believe it offers everybody an equal opportunity to bid on the same item. We apologize if this is an inconvenience to you. 6. I missed out on the item I wanted, if the winner does not pay can I buy it from you? Absolutely. A high percentage of winners do not make their payments and therefore, we are more than happy to offer the item to you shortly after. Please notify us about the item you are interested in and we will go from there. 7. Do you have this item in a different size? The good and unfortunately bad in this case is all of our stock is vintage and therefore, one of a kind. This means that the item is only available in the listed size with only one in stock (unless stated otherwise). This also means that you may never find another one like it and should bid your highest amount to ensure you avoid disappointment and don’t miss out. 8. How can I pay for my item? Gary Pepper only accepts Paypal and/or Bank Deposit for Australian residents. For our international customers, we accept Paypal only. 9. I have paid for my item, has it been sent yet? Once you successfully make your payment, we will ship your item the very next day. Please allow one business day for your item to arrive as we use express post only. Please keep in mind that if you choose to pay via Bank Deposit, it will take 1- 3 business days for your transaction to process and therefore, we can only post your item as soon as your payment clears. Please do not expect your item to arrive the day after you have made your bank deposit. 10. Can I pick up my item? Yes, pick up is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash in hand and only have this option available if your payment has cleared via Paypal/Bank deposit prior to pick up.
