WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Vintage clothing is often pre-loved and in second hand condition - meaning minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected. At Gary Pepper Vintage we endeavour to provide accurate descriptions of all items after careful inspection, ensuring the disclosure of any visible faults.

Refunds will only be granted as a result of gross misinterpretation or in the rare case where a major fault may have been overlooked. Gary Pepper Vintage reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ and it is your sole responsibility to check our descriptions and measurements accurately prior to checkout as all sales are final.

All postage costs are non-refundable.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you receive an order, which fits our refund criteria please email info@garypeppervintage.com within 7 days of receipt of your item, whereby we will respond quickly and accordingly. All refund items must be returned to Head Office via Australia post and once received a refund will be provided.

WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT?

Please keep in mind our recommended sizes are a guide only and should not be used alone to determine suitable sizing. Accurate measurements are provided in all item descriptions to make purchasing the perfect size hassle free. We recommend that you consider the measurements provided and compare them to an item of clothing you already own, to ensure the right fit. It is your responsibility to check measurements and sizing accurately.

Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed.

MY ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVE?

In very rare circumstances an order may be lost or stolen in the post, unfortunately this is beyond our control and Gary Pepper Vintage cannot take responsibility. All domestic orders are shipped via Australian Express Post and International orders via Registered Air mail. Signature on arrival is not offered but may be added at an additional cost to the purchaser, which is strongly recommended.
