HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply click on "Add to Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Once you’ve finished browsing, click on "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Process My Order" to complete your order.

Please be aware that by clicking "Add to Cart" you are telling our system you would like to purchase this item, in which it will be held for you for one hour to complete your order. If you are simply browsing and would like to create a short list of your favourite items please click "Add to Wishlist" instead, as this will help to avoid delays in purchases for any other customers.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Personal cheques or money orders are not accepted.

 

HOW MUCH IS DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Domestic: All orders (made within Australia) over the value of $199 we will happily ship for free! For all domestic orders under the value of $199 an easy flat rate of $10.00 is charged.

 

International: For all international orders your shipping quote will differ depending on which country you are located in and the weight of each item. This is easily calculated for you during the check out process.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For all orders placed before 1pm EST each business day (Monday – Friday) your order will be processed, packed and dispatched within 48 hours.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Domestic: All domestic orders placed before 1pm EST each business day you should receive your order within 1 business day for all capital cities and major metro areas. For our regional, rural and more remote customers, orders will be delivered via Australia Post and generally within 2-5 business days.

International: All international orders can take between 7 – 10 business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

For all domestic orders we happily deliver to PO Boxes. For all international orders we unfortunately cannot deliver to Po Boxes so please ensure you have provided a residential address at checkout.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Yes you can! Once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link, which you will be able to track online here to see exactly where your item is.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Refunds will only be granted in the case of gross misinterpretation or in the rare circumstance where a fault has been overlooked. It is important to remember that vintage clothing is often pre-loved and in second hand condition - meaning minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected. Gary Pepper Vintage does not accept refund for change of mind or ‘wrong fit’. You can read more about our return policy here.

All sale items are strictly non-refundable.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you receive an order, which fits the refund criteria please email info@garypeppervintage.com within 7 days of receipt of your item, whereby we will respond quickly and accordingly. All refund items must be returned to Head Office via Australia post and once received a refund will be provided.

CAN I ADD, REMOVE, CANCEL MY ITEMS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order is submitted we begin processing your order immediately and therefore cannot add or remove items from your order. In addition, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel your order at any given time, under any circumstances. Please ensure you are completely happy before placing an order as all sales are final.

DOES GPV CHARGE TAX ON MY ORDER?

Our prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST, which is a tax only applicable for Australian purchases. This tax will be removed from the price of the product for all international purchases once it is placed in your shopping cart.

 

CAN I ORDER SOMETHING IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR SIZE IF IT'S LABELED SOLD OUT?

Vintage: The good, and unfortunately bad in this case, is all of our stock is vintage and therefore, one of a kind. This means that the item is only available in the listed size and colour with only one in stock (unless stated otherwise), which means we are unable to order more.

 

New: If a new item you like is labeled “Sold Out” there is a chance we may be able to order it in for you, depending on stock available at the time from our suppliers. To ensure you don’t miss out please email us info@garypeppervintage.com with the brand, style, size and colour you are after and we will do our best to help you.

 

CAN I LAYBUY AN ITEM?

Unfortunately we do not offer a lay-buy service at this present time.

 

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT MY SIZING?

In order to simplify the different sizing terms - which can vary between each country - and make your shopping experience with us easy, we have interpreted all sizing guides into a standardized XS, S, M, L and XL system, which you can view here.

 

Please be aware that the recommended sizes should be used as a guide only. We recommend you compare the measurements provided in all item descriptions with an item you already own to ensure the perfect fit.
