purchase. Once you’ve finished browsing, click on "Checkout" to confirm
your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities
as desired, click on "Process My Order" to complete your order.
Please be aware that by clicking "Add to Cart" you are telling our system you would like to purchase this item, in which it will be held for you for one hour to complete your order. If you are simply browsing and would like to create a short list of your favourite items please click "Add to Wishlist" instead, as this will help to avoid delays in purchases for any other customers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Personal cheques or money orders are not accepted.
Domestic: All orders (made within Australia) over the value of $199 we will happily ship for free! For all domestic orders under the value of $199 an easy flat rate of $10.00 is charged.
International: For all international orders your shipping quote will differ depending on which country you are located in and the weight of each item. This is easily calculated for you during the check out process.
For all orders placed before 1pm EST each business day (Monday – Friday) your order will be processed, packed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Domestic: All domestic orders placed before 1pm EST each business day you should receive your order within 1 business day for all capital cities and major metro areas. For our regional, rural and more remote customers, orders will be delivered via Australia Post and generally within 2-5 business days.
International: All international orders can take between 7 – 10 business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates.
For all domestic orders we happily deliver to PO Boxes. For all international orders we unfortunately cannot deliver to Po Boxes so please ensure you have provided a residential address at checkout.
Yes you can! Once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link, which you will be able to track online here to see exactly where your item is.

Once your order is submitted we begin processing your order immediately and therefore cannot add or remove items from your order. In addition, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel your order at any given time, under any circumstances. Please ensure you are completely happy before placing an order as all sales are final.
New: If a new item you like is labeled “Sold Out” there is a chance we may be able to order it in for you, depending on stock available at the time from our suppliers. Unfortunately we do not offer a lay-buy service at this present time.
